Scottish Rugby Union plc (SRU)

 Scotland Rugby Supporters Club (“the Club”) Membership Rules (“the Rules”)

In these Rules "the Club" means The Scotland Rugby Supporters Club; "the Stadium" means Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh EH12 5PJ.

Nothing in the Rules set out below shall constitute or imply any guarantee of entitlement to a ticket, seat or access to any area of the Stadium.

Adult Membership

1. Applications for membership of the Club must be made online to www.tunnelpass.org

2. Membership of the Club is only open to adults aged 18 or over (Junior members please refer to paragraphs 23 - 25, 'Junior Membership')on the date of the application to join the Club.

3. Any person is entitled to only one membership of the club. Any person who makes or conspires to make multiple applications will have their membership terminated without compensation. SRU reserves the right to refuse membership of the Club on any grounds.

4. Membership of the Club is subject to these Rules.

Membership Period and Fee

5. The membership fee (“the Fee”) shall be determined from time to time by the Scottish Rugby Board.

6. Following payment of the Fee and acceptance by SRU of an application to join the Club, membership will last for one year from the date of joining, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Rules.

Membership Benefits

 7. Each Member shall be entitled to enter a ballot, exclusively for Members, for the right to buy two tickets to a Grade A international (a Scotland international against England , Wales , Ireland , France , South Africa , Australia or New Zealand ).

8. Each Member shall be entitled to a 3 day priority booking period, ahead of any general sale to the public, for purchasing tickets to a Grade B international (a Scotland international against Italy , Canada and other non foundation Unions on the IRB list).

9. Each Member shall be entitled to receive a quarterly on-line magazine.

10. Each Member shall be entitled to exclusive members only password controlled access to a members’ only website and chat room.

11. Each Member shall be entitled to enter members’ only competitions as run from time to time on the members’ only website.

12. Each Member shall be entitled to attend members’ events as organised from time to time.

13. Each Member shall be entitled to enter a ballot for the opportunity to attend the official post match hospitality function at Murrayfield.

14. The SRU has the right to change the benefits that a Member receives at any time without advance notice so long as the value of the contents and/or benefits remains the same.  Any changes will be subsequently notified to existing Members.

15. The SRU shall not have any liability to any Member in respect of any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, including admitting the member to the Stadium for a particular match, caused by fire, flood, accident, strikes or other industrial action, refusals to grant any licenses or permissions or any circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Members Ticket Ballot

16. Each Member shall only be entitled to enter any ballot once. Any Member attempting or making multiple applications will be refused the right to be part of the ballot.

17. The availability of home match tickets for the ballot will be declared by the SRU on a match-by-match basis.

18. The SRU reserves the right to vary the manner or system in which match tickets are to be sold upon reasonable notice being given in writing to Members.

19. The dates and times of internationals for the forthcoming season are subject to alteration. Every effort will be made to give as much notice as possible of any changes.

20. Members will be automatically entered into each relevant ticket ballot. The ballot will be drawn by the Ticket Officer whose decision will be final and binding.

21. Members will be advised of the outcome of the ballot in writing 3 weeks before the relevant game. If the Member has been successful in the ballot he or she will have 48 hours from the date of email notification to exercise the right to purchase 2 tickets to the relevant international or internationals as appropriate.

22. Any ticket purchased is personal to the Member and is not transferable and shall not be transferred under any circumstances. All tickets remain the property of the SRU and are issued subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the back of the ticket. If a Member of the Club is found to be selling or attempting to sell any tickets issued by or on behalf of the SRU, in breach of the SRU’s ticket terms and conditions then their membership may be cancelled and any ticket order cancelled without a refund.


Junior Membership


23. Applications for membership of the Club must be made online to www.tunnelpass.org

24. Junior members of the Scotland Rugby Suporters Club must be aged 17 or under on the date of the application to join the Club.

25. Junior Members are not entitled to any of the benefits outlined in paragraphs 3 - 22 above.
