All information (including but not limited to ideas, suggestions, concepts and graphics) submitted to SRU through the SRU Website is the exclusive property of SRU and You hereby assign all rights in and to the same to SRU. Save as set out in these Terms and Conditions of Use, SRU will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality and will be free to use the information for any purpose.

All personal data collected by SRU from the SRU Website shall be held by SRU on a secure server and may be passed to any other associated company or to any officially approved sponsor or supplier of SRU from time to time for the purposes of processing Your application and for informing You of other offers from or relating to such companies, sponsors or suppliers from time to time. A list of such associated companies, sponsors and suppliers from time to time may be obtained by writing to SRU at the address below. By submitting information to SRU You are consenting to such use. You can obtain information on what data is held about You by contacting SRU at the address below. 6. Cookies

The SRU Website may place a "cookie" in Your browser file. The cookie allows SRU to provide certain information to You and to store information while You are using the SRU Website.

SRU shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or for loss of profits, contracts, data, goodwill, work stoppage or computer failure resulting from the use of or inability to use, interruption or availability of the SRU Website, its operation or transmission, computer viruses or otherwise in respect of the use of the SRU Website and howsoever caused even if SRU has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SRU excludes any liability for any errors or omissions from information, materials and functions included in the SRU Website except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded under the applicable law.
